6.15 - 7.15 pm - Flow Yoga Level 1
Flow Yoga Level 1 is a vinyasa style yoga class specifically designed for students who are newer to yoga or who enjoy refreshing some of the basics of the practice.
Vinyasa yoga is a movement based practice where we move between different positions with a focus on building strength, balance, coordination and flexibility, with a focus on moving with our breath. This class is suitable for all levels but is particularly good for anyone who is new to this style of practice
Flow 2 is an intermediate-level class that builds on foundational yoga postures and principles, incorporating fluid transitions between poses.
This dynamic class emphasizes linking breath with movement, offering a challenging yet rewarding sequence of sun salutations, standing postures, balancing poses, and deep stretches. The pace is moderate to fast, keeping the flow continuous and engaging.
