Class description

Flow through an energizing and dynamic 1-hour Vinyasa class designed to build strength, flexibility, and a sense of calm. Connect breath with movement as you explore creative sequences, flowing transitions, and moments of stillness to reset and recharge.

Open to all levels, offering modifications and options to suit your practice.
